Day 12-17 of Janathon

Well guys i have been a bad blogger this week and not really kept you up to date! So here we go:

Day 12

Went running with the GF again today only did 1.4m but felt good about it!

Day 13

Did same run as yesterday but shaved 5minutes off my time! Fastest mile too!

Day 14

Changed from running to cycling today and did 5.4 mile round the great aycliffe way! Felt good took 1 hour, GF came along.

Day 15

Did the same ride as yesterday today, got up early to do it! Cut 25min off my time! Saddle Sore!!!

Day 16

So i made the decision to do walking and core fitness and did sit ups and press ups – want to save my legs for big runs later in the week!

Day 17

Well today sadly all i did was my commute to work, this is due to stopping back late at work and staying at a friends – and yes i will have to go to work in the same clothes tomorrow!!

Tomorrow i plan to do my first running 5K, i should have done this well before now!
