Day 20 of Janathon

Well despite the hurting knee i thought i should still try to do a run and guess what i got my first sub 10min mile! 20 days its took but i’ve done it! Woop Woop!

Today i went for a run with the GF again – my knee popped/locked half way round so walked the rest!!! Hope i can run tomorrow!

Well tonight i did 2.67 miles but i was meant to do 3.1mile – some miscalculations on my part i think! Oops! Oh well! Same tomorrow!!! Bye for now!

Day 11 of Janathon

Well today my legs are still recovering so i counted my commute and did some sit ups and press ups!!! Tomorrow i will deffo be doing a run – going for my first 5k!!! I have plotted a route past the hospital! Still going strong in Janathon…

Well today didnt go very well, only managed over a 1 mile – was in so much pain! When i came in – the pain was almost unbearable!!!!

Ok so today i went for my first 5k – didnt make it due to legs and feet hurting too much – only made 2.86 mile! Better luck tomorrow!!!

Ok so today i took some advice off people and stopped running till my flew went… So i did my 2 commutes today both around 1mile and then i did some core fitness – sit ups and press ups 50 of each! Feeling betterish so will probably run tomorrow!!! Over [...]
